What we offer

A unique 4-month career-conversion programme

12 weeks of training sessions - self-guided remote, sync remote on some evenings, sync remote on some Saturdays.
Followed by a hands-on AI project - 4-week minimum, typically an ML/GenAI project for a real use case of an international client.

Asynchronous remote self-learning (~8 hrs per week)
Synchronous remote sessions during the work week (~2 hrs per week)
Synchronous remote workshop sessions Saturday mornings (~3hrs every 2 weeks)

What you bring

A solid software or data engineer base

3+ years experience for current software engineers & developers
2+ years experience as data engineer / scientist
A STEM degree (Engineering, Physics, Maths) is strongly desired

A firm desire to pivot your career to AI

The commitment to invest at least 12 weekly hours

During training: at least 12 hours per week, including a weekly remote live session and a bi-weekly Saturday morning workshop.
During AI project: at least 50 total hours spread across 1 or 2 months depending on the nature of the project and your availability.

A solid command of English

B1/B2+ for working from Argentina to the world
C1+ for an international relocation

GenAI Pathway price is USD 2,000, with 2 payment options.

Starts February 2nd 2026.

PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

OPTION A

Pathway Fee

USD 2000

in 4 payments

Paid in USD 500 monthly upfront payments between February - May 2026.
Access to job-finding service at no cost.
Early guarantee: if you change your mind within the first 2 weeks we will return your payment in full.

OPTION B

Income Share Agreement

USD 333/ month

For 12 months

You start to pay when you find your first pivot AI job (either with or without our help).
We proactively seek an AI job for you and you commit to proactively seek an AI job.
If no AI job is found 12 months after the end of Pathway, you don’t owe us anything.
